Thank you to all committee members who came out to last Saturday's meeting. We voted to approve the sponsorship categories. Some committee members are working hard to get that $5,000 sponsor!
Heinrich is meeting today with the City and two more volunteers to discuss logistics at City Hall. Heinrich will finalize all layout plans and room availability as well as microphones and other technical details.
John is coordinating the volunteer pool. We will need at least 25 volunteers to direct attendees, change room names, handouts and other tasks on our lists.
Workshop coordinators, if you haven't doneso already, please get your sessions finalized this week. Be sure to turn in your updated info on speakers or panelists, their information (bios), a photo if possible and handout in PDF format. This is critical to confirm all sessions this week. If you have any questions, please let me know.
